Mary obtained a BA Hons degree in French and Spanish from Cardiff University. It was in fact due to an extensive trip to South America that her passion for gem stones was ignited.  She went on to obtain her Gemmology Diploma in 1999 and her Diamond Grading diploma in 2001.  Mary is proud to be a member of Jewellery Valuers Association, The Institute of Registered Valuers and The Gemmological Association of Great Britain.
